Shipping rates and delivery times

Deliveries are via Australia Post and DHL Express courier.

DHL Express Domestic in Australia usually delivers within 1-3 days in main cities and up to 7 business days for remote areas.

DHL Express International to USA, UK, Europe usually delivers in 2-4 days and rest of the world 3-15 days.

Australian Post deliveries in Australia to most metropolitan cities is usually 2–5 business days and other interstate or regional areas up to 6–8 business days.

Australia Post Express Post is usually 1-3 days to most metropolitan cities (if within the Express Post Network). Some interstate or rural areas may take longer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

All original artworks are shipped using DHL Express to ensure their safety.

Our reference shown in the delivery line at check out is our internal reference only.

Local delivery

Available for Sydney Metropolitan area for select products.  This option will be shown on eligible products on checkout.  

Local pick up

Available on select products in Ashfield, Sydney NSW by arrangement. This option will be shown on eligible products on checkout. This is generally limited to original artworks and includes a packaging fee to protect your items in transit.

Some products do not ship to all countries. If you see something you love that does not ship to your country, please contact us at charlirainbirdart@gmail.com and we will aim to rectify this for you.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment.

Original artworks may take 1-5 days to pack, depending on their size and whether they are framed or not. Some larger framed artworks may require a custom built wooden crate.

Tshirts allow 6-12 days to print from ordering.

Limited edition prints allow 2-4 days from ordering.

Custom or commissioned artworks may require additional time, which will be communicated during the enquiry stage.

If you have urgent orders please contact us and we will do our best to get your order to you quicker.

Packaging 

Special care is taken to package your order to ensure it arrives safely, whilst also considering the impact on the environment.  Products are packed in either sustainable cardboard or biodegradable plastic packaging where possible.

Original artworks require some bubble wrap to ensure their safety. Some large artworks may require a custom made wooden crate.

If damage occurs during transit, please notify us immediately with photos of the damage. 

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable in their country.  We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
