Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrect items only. 

Due to the unique nature of our products change of mind returns cannot be accepted.

Return Process

1.        Contact us at charlirainbirdart@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery to initiate a return.

2.       Provide a detailed description and photos of the issue.

3.       Once approved, return the artwork in its original packaging.

Refunds 

Refunds will be issued upon receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the courier’s.

Exchanges 

Exchanges for incorrect products are accepted or a refund issued.

Exchanges may be arranged for damaged items if replacements are available.
